In July 2024, I participated in intensive KTP Residential Training at Ashornehill. This program is specifically designed to equip Knowledge Transfer Partnership (KTP) Associates—serving as Postdoctoral Research Associates—with the leadership, project management, and strategic communication skills required to drive high-impact innovation in industry.

Reflections from Ashornehill
The interactive format of the sessions allowed for deep reflection on my current role in Applied AI and Transport Analytics. It highlighted that technical expertise is only half the battle; the ability to translate that expertise into business value is what truly defines a successful KTP.
