In July 2024, I attended KTP Training at Ashornehill.
This training was a great opportunity to connect with other KTP Associates, learn more about knowledge transfer best practices, and explore how to bridge academic research and real-world industry challenges more effectively.
Training highlights
During the sessions, we explored topics such as:
- The role of Knowledge Transfer Partnerships (KTPs) in innovation and collaboration
- Managing projects that sit between academia and industry
- Communication, stakeholder engagement, and reporting in KTP projects
- Sharing experiences and lessons learned from ongoing and completed KTPs
The interactive format and group activities made it easier to reflect on my own work and think about how to apply these ideas in practice.
